    Description

    Up for bid is a clean and desirable First Day Cover in excellent condition.  The back flap is OPEN.  The cover is franked with TWO coil strips of four--this is unusual.
    I do not ship to Russia.  Too many items have gone "missing" in the Russian postal system.
