    I purchased this mint, unissued,1961 Florida passenger car plate on my honeymoon in 1971 from a farmer in Jefferson County who obtained this plate from the Jefferson County Courthouse.  He planned to use the plate on his chicken farm, god knows the reason.  The "T" indicates a small motor vehicle.
