Vintage 1962 BARBIE DREAM HOUSE Mattel COMPLETE & Accessories GREAT Condition!

I'm the Original Owner selling this COMPLETE 100% Original Mattel Barbie's Dream House in Excellent Condition. It was introduced in 1962 with it's mid-century modern decor, hi-fi stereo and slim line furniture where girls could imagine entertaining friends or relaxing in a stylish living room.
It includes;
Cardboard Folding House with Black Plastic Handle and 2 Metal Closing Clasps
Closet with Clothes Hanging Rod, a Vanity with a Mirror, and Built In Cabinet and Shelves
Accessories; Blue/Pink Plaid Couch, Brown Wood Grain Coffee Table, Blue Chair with Matching Ottoman, Pink Vanity Chair, Gold Bed with Wood Grain Trimmed Headboard, Wood Grain Hi-Fi / TV Cabinet, Tall Gold Cylindrical Lamp, 6 Record Album Covers, 4 Throw Pillows (Two Pink, one Gold and one Blue),  2 Rows of Books for the Shelves, Framed Picture of Ken, 2 Loose College State Pennants (I attached them to the wall), 8 Red Hangers, and 2 Additional Window Sections (I never could figure out what they were for!).
Additional Accessories from the same era included; Poster advertisement for the Dream House (note that I arranged the furniture exactly as pictured!), Yellow Plastic Tea Set includes 2 saucers, 2 cups, a tea pot with lid, a sugar jar with lid, and a creamer (made in HONG KONG on bottom), a seashell (because my Barbie had traveled to Hawaii!), and 2 Miniature Records with songs from the 1950s and 60s (One "Dot" with "I'll see you in my dreams" by Pat Boone, and one "MGM" with "Never On Sunday", "April Love", and "High Noon"). I used to use these additional items when I played with my Barbie Dream House. I also have a few round white cardboard discs that were punched out from the assembly of the house I also used as records.
Everything is in Excellent condition! The only flaws I see is a slight tear along the edge of one fold of the floor (you can see it in the photo of the top view of the case), one foot of the bed is a little smashed (seen in overturned bed photo), and then normal scuffs one would expect from a 59 year old play set. I took EXCELLENT care of my playthings!
